    Vampires Draw $’s Instead of Blood

    The new Twilight flick did not break any major box office records, but it did pull in a lot of money for it’s debut weekend. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 - the fourth film in the series – earned an estimated $139.5 million leaving all other movies in the proverbial dust. Breaking Dawn collected just slightly more than $30 million from midnight screenings early Friday and made a total of $72 million on its first day of release.

    The animated sequel Happy Feet Two premiered in second place with approximately $22 million in it’s opening box office take.
